Hands-Free
The One Stretch offers a hands-free experience,
allowing you to stretch your calves without holding onto any support. Its exclusive arch support easily surpasses stairs, walls, and other calf-stretching devices. You can use your phone, read a magazine, have face-to-face conversations or drink your coffee while stretching.
Testimonials

Dr. Amis emphasizes that effective stretching requires consistent daily focus with proper form, made easy by the patented One Stretch device. Developed over five years, its ergonomic design and selected materials ensure stability and functionality, making it the most effective calf-stretching device available. Suitable for ages 12 to 80 and various fitness levels, it provides relief for conditions like plantar fasciitis, heel pain, and midfoot arthritis.
Breakthrough Design

The Split Second Effect
Have foot and ankle pain? It could be your calves! Tight calf muscles, or equinus, might be silently damaging your feet with every step. When you move forward with tight calves, you're doing damage to yourself every 120 milliseconds (that's faster than a blink!). This "split second effect" is behind many non-traumatic foot and ankle problems. The One Stretch is designed to alleviate this very issue!

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3 . . . 4

One: Prepare
With your back to the wall, and the device in front of you, place the length of your foot between the wall and the One Stretch. Individuals may prefer the product closer or farther away.
Two: Step
Place the palm of your hands against the wall and step up onto the device, using the wall as support. Keep your balance as you step up onto the curve.
Three: Begin
After stepping on to the One Stretch, slide your feet back, alternating one foot after the other to find your desired stretch intensity.
Four: Stretch
Now just allow your heels to slowly sink comfortably towards the floor in order to optimize your stretch keeping your weight centered on the arch of your foot. Now you can stretch the right way.

Meet the Designer
Dr. James Amis is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specialized in foot and ankle problems. In 2016, he transitioned from active practice to become the Medical Safety Officer, Global Trauma, for DePuy Synthes at Johnson & Johnson. Known for his advocacy of non-surgical treatments for plantar fasciitis and other foot ailments, Dr. Amis challenges standard medical practices based on his extensive experience and recent scientific evidence.
In his words:
"Much of what the medical profession considers standard practice for the treatment of plantar fasciitis, foot pain, heel pain, midfoot arthritis, and a host of other foot ailments, is simply incorrect because they do not address the root cause."
