At One stretch, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free one month return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be basically new, but we know you have to try it out to see for yourself. It should be returned in its original packaging.

While shipping to you is free, you will be responsible for shipping the returned One Stretch back to us. Of course the choice of a shipping carrier is yours.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase by using the manuevering to the top menu (on right) on the website homepage>"Contact Us">fill out the form>Send. Or you could email customer@onestretch.com. OR just click on Contact Us.
2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. 
3. We will reply to the refund request and instruct you where to ship the One Stretch. 
4. Once the One Stretch is received you will be refunded the full purchase price on your credit card.
